New Service

Is there a way if I have multiple potential customers in an area, currently without cox availability, that Cox could build new service to allow these new customers to connect? 

Here is the deal, I will potentially be moving to a new area in White Castle, La and they currently have no Cox Communication service lines out that far. I currently have at least 4 households that would sign up for service, and plan on talking to more customers along the same road shortly. I want to know what it would take to get Cox to build us dedicated main lines to provide us all with potentially all services available. We are all currently on Dish and DirectTV and I need fast, reliable internet at the new address. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I sit on the phone with Cox for most of the day tomorrow trying to get in touch with Engineering and Billing to see if they would consider this.
