Netflix locking up while streaming using wifi on Samsung Hand Set with COX, but works fine with AT&T Uverse

Anyone else experiencing this problem?  
Tested using Cox Hot Spots, and home wifi and AT&T residential connection.  All four Cox Hot Spots had the same problem, AT&T Uverse worked fine.  
Seemed to start when Netflix upgraded their app for Android.
