NBC Sports Live Extra STILL not working

So, supposedly Cox signed on, and now appears in the NBS app as a provider.  But when I login I get:

"We're Sorry.  It looks like your TV subscription does not support access to NBC Sports Live Extra.  Please contact your TV provider".

WFT Cox?  Get it together.  That's one weekend of the season I've already missed.
