Hi WE are paying for 50Mbps  getting less that 2Mbps and forget upload... i have  unplugged  both the modem and the router.. repluged  in .... tried calling got the computer response unit.. half way through that disconnected... tried to call back.. to an all circuits are busy.. for the last 15 minutes.. when i tried speed test on ookla was even worse.. i tried the online chat .. all circuits are busy currently.. i cant watch a video even its sooo bad

what to do other than cancel service and look elsewhere
