McAfee did not detect or delete ïnstall_0_msi.exe virus

A few week ago I was hit with a virus.  After several scans I seemed to eliminate all but a dialog box that comes up on reboot which

is

ïnstall_0_msi.exe

The dialog box states there is an "error loading"  and that "the specified module could not be found.

It is located in my Temp files but I can't find or get rid of it.  I am unable to restore my computer to an earlier setting.

After researching this virus a bit, I find that this is standard.  Can anyone help with this?  I am considering calling McAfee and paying the $80 dollars or so to clean this out.  Thank you
