Lost Internet Connection
So yesterday, there was a Cox technician van outside at my neighbor's place, then soon enough, my Internet went out. Should have went to talk with those guys, etc etc, but I didn't and just called Cox Tech Support instead. I was hoping for the technician to be able to come today, but it was scheduled for tomorrow... so that's almost 48 hours without Internet service, assuming they do come. Does anyone know if Cox would compensate for this? Any similar experiences? I feel like I got trolled hard by Cox...
