Location Interceptor Page

I hate being redirected to this page every time I just want to read my email.  Did it ever occur to the Cox company that maybe customers don't always want to see all of your available services each and every time we log in to read our email?  Please tell me that there is a way to avoid getting redirected to this page--it is a major annoyance!
