Las Vegas/Henderson packet loss and latency 6/22-6/24

Internet speed is terrible here in the Henderson NV area...and has been this way in excess of 1-2 months!!

anyone else experiencing EXTREMELY slow internet speeds in las vegas the past 2 days? i called in yesterday & the cox rep said they are having problems on their end.  still?  half the sites i visit won't load...the other half take forever to load.  starting to get very frustrated here!
