Is this a spam scam or a legit cox popup?

I received an e-mail message saying it was from Cox wanting me to complete a survey of my last visit to the Cox website.

The e-mail was from Cox Communications <coxcommunications@express.medallia.com>

The link to click was http://survey.medallia.com/?c3cw3s2yymnm4m4

I forwarded the message to spamreport@cox.net.

When in doubt, I delete the message.
