Dearest Fellow Cox Customers and Cox Employees,

So... why  is it that once you've been a loyal Cox customer for a year they begin to charge you twice as much as before for the same service? I find this interesting. It just seems like such a wonderful business plan.  Who ever said, "I've got it guys! As a reward for paying us money and staying with our company for a year, you know what we should do?! We should keep their service exactly the same, but, wait for it.... charge them an observance amount for it now!" Really. That guy should get a bonus.
