Internet slowing down every day

ok for those of you who are lucky enough to have the internet packages that got the speed doubled, I know where the extra speed came from, it came from those of us who are on the 435 a month internet plan, cause ever since I saw that commercial where Cox is doubling the speed, mine has consistently gotten slower, and now its at the point that my phone is faster on the LTE, so I am seriously thinking about running my computer through my phone cause I did it as a test and it actually runs faster on LTE than cox "high speed internet"
