Intermittent Connectivity

ALL, I have been having Intermittent Connectivity with my internet for the past few months and this is very frustrating. I have already had cox come out and "Check my lines" which stated it is all good and it could possibly be my modem/router. I do not believe it is my modem/router. I have swapped out all the coaxial lines and even directly connected it to the port. I finally gave up and gave in a purchased a new modem/router today. Thought everything was fixed, but nope. Still the same issue. Here is my event log which was on my previous modem/router as well. Any thoughts/inputs is greatly appreciated.
