I get an error when I try to manage my email addresses.

I get a HTTP 500 error when I try to manage my email addresses. I am trying to find out why I can not use any mail client on multiple computer systems at multiple locations include my home. Clients that were working stopped working. I have no issue using webmail to access my email. 

Any ideas, been going on for about two weeks.
