I am horrified...

I am horrified at the poor quality of the Internet connection I have experienced with COX here in Phoenix AZ. Seldom does a Youtube or Vimeo video load quickly or smoothly. Frequently I have to reboot the modem to get things up and running smoothly. Does any have a recommendation to another Internet service here in AZ?
