How do I set up Cox email on my phone?

I just received a Smart Phone (HUAWEI H868C) using Tracfone as my carrier. I am trying to set up my Cox email account on my phone. It can't connect and was asking if the Cox email is POP3 or IMAP and the ports necessary. Please assist. Terrie
