HBO GO NOT WORKING FOR DAYS

Every time I try to login to my HBO GO on my Apple, for the past few days, I've gotten an error message that just says "it is not possible to log in at this time"… but it's been going on for at least 4 days now!! I contacted HBO and they said it was a problem with my TV Provider…. but I've had no problem with my cox mail so what's going on with Cox not being able to work on HBO GO right now???
