Guide: "To be announced"

For the last week or so, the Guide on our Contour DVR box displays "To be announced" for all channels in all half hour time slots.  The Guide on our other 3 boxes works fine.  We have lost all DVR functionality except playback (can't record new or delete old shows)

I have unplugged the DVR for 2 minutes and rebooted multiple times, rebooted once by calling in to the support line and have talked to a rep that rebooted from her side.  None of these actions seemed to have helped.  The rep I talked to last night said it was due to an upgrade and it should be fine in a day or two????  Is anybody else experiencing these issues?
