Good tech support experience

I could not find a customer satisfaction survey anywhere so I thought I would post it here.  My modem went bad and I had to replace it,  my first call to tech support confirmed the bad modem, a call to get the new modem set up.  Both customer service reps were helpful and polite.  I would give tech support 5 star ratings if I had survey.
