Getting kicked off Cox Webmail

Seems like almost every time I sign in to Cox Webmail I can get to the Inbox. From there it's iffy! Sometimes I click to view a message, and I'm sent back to the sign-in page. Sometimes I can actually read a message but then when I try to download an attachment or reply to the message, I'm sent back to the sign-in page. This is very annoying! What's up?
