Error 3.1.1.2 All Week -- Tired Of Being On Hold
Not sure why but several of my TV channels are non-functional and do not fix after a hard reset. On pretty much all major networks, including TBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, and many, many, more channels, I get an error screen referencing 3.1.1.2.
I called earlier this week, Sunday or Monday, and asked for help from Tech Support. They said they were having signaling issues and things would clear up in 45 minutes. Well, now it's Friday, and I've been paying for a service I haven't received all week.
And, I've spent over an hour on hold trying to speak to a representative.
This must be an isolated incident, because I haven't received any service outage emails or anything like that, so I'd like a resolution as soon as possible.
