Equipment problems continue
I bought a Cisco DPC 3825 from Cox when I moved here in Nov 2013. It has been very unreliable. I continue to lose signal all the time and have to resign on from every device: PC, Iphone, Ipad. This issue is only here at home, and I believe it is the router/modem.
I have done the online reset but the issue is that it constantly loses connection with the device.
