DVR Capabilities

I'd like to begin by noting that when someone calls to request the Whole Home DVR system, the salesperson should indicate that in order for it to really be a Whole Home DVR system you will need to have more than one Host box. I'm so disappointed that my system is not truly what I was hoping to get. Also, the system that is being utilized is so finicky that we have had nothing but issues until recently. Every cable in our home has now been replaced and the boxes have all been replaced. Even after all of that we have to reset the system at least once a week by shutting it off and turning it back on.

But the real reason for my post today is the absolutely inferior online DVR management tool. Sure you can go to the tv listings, when they are functioning properly, and schedule a recording. But you aren't able to indicate whether or not the show should be recorded on a weekly basis. There is also no option for viewing your DVR recordings or the schedule of recordings

Those things were some of my favorite options with our previous service provider.
