disappearing emails

As of Friday,  July 10, all the emails in my account disappeared from webmail.  I had done nothing.  I opened my Cox Webmail page and all was gone - even the ones in my trash folder.  I know they must still be on the cox server but no one seems able to help me.   They want to blame my phone on which nothing has been changed in 2 years.  I really need some of those emails back.  Any suggestions?
