December 23 Phoenix-area email problems.

I am getting the popup dialogue box "The POP server rejected the password for user ____. Please re-enter your password".   Re-entering the password does not help.

Cox Forum Moderators, please don't respond to this thread. I am very happy with the help that you offer us on this forum.  This problem is out of your control. I have followed every one of your suggestions on my previous threads. I have had a Cox Tier 2.5 technician help me to adjust all of my settings. 

The moderators always ask if i can receive emails online.  Yes, i can.  They ask if i can send email. Yes, i can.  But i am not receiving emails as they arrive.  The "error" symbol appears next to my inbox.  Sometimes i can get the emails to load by hitting "GET MAIL". Sometimes i can get the emails to load by just waiting for 5-10 minutes.  

Once again, Cox Mods... please don't respond to this. I just want to share my experience with the community. And to see if they have learned anything while experiencing the problem (or if they even have a problem).  I am a happy Cox customer.
