COX WEBMAIL FORWARDING
I tried to forward an e-mail that I got. The to & from part of the e-mail was successfully forwarded but the rest of it was not. Will someone please help?

I tried to forward an e-mail that I got. The to & from part of the e-mail was successfully forwarded but the rest of it was not. Will someone please help?

Try going into Settings > Preferences in Webmail and make sure "Do you want to include the original message when replying?" is checked. If the email has embedded pictures or special fonts, then also make sure "By default, compose messages using the graphical editor" is checked and you have Java enabled and working on your PC.
