Cox Drive Backup Files Gone

The Cox Drive Backup picked up speed and I am back up to 600 kilobytes a second.

I decided to check the actual web application to restore an old file and most of the files I had backed up are missing.

I did not delete them and they are not in the recycle bin.

Cloud Drive still shows "Total Space Used: 3 TB" so I assume my files are still there somewhere.

The actual Cloud Drive application shows 2.72 terabytes, but rounding up is fine.

The only files I can restore from the backup are the files that were uploaded since 1/1/15.

Is there a see all files uploaded button that I am totally missing?
