cox connect app for Ipad
how can I access the rest of the channels that according to the following http://ww2.cox.com/wcm/en/residential/datasheet/omaha/Omaha_Channel_Lineup_0412_B.pdf I'm only getting A%E, ABC Family, AMC , Animal Planet, Bravo, Cartoon Network, CNBC,CNN,CSPAN,CSPAN2, Disney,E,Food Network, Fox NLN,HGTV,HSN,TLC,Lifetime, MSNBC, NatGeo, QVC, SPEED, SFYFY, Travel, TBS,TCM,TNT, and USA. most are the HD versions the other channels listed do not show in the app.. Any ideas?

Hello Wees,
I don't have an answer on that yet. Have you logged in to Tv Connect recently? Our engineers are checking this on the back end and need an ip address of someone in your area that has logged in recently. If possible can you log in to the app and let me know if there are any changes, and then email me your ip address at coxhelp@cox.com

Hello Wees,
The channels that are available in Cox Tv Connect are not a direct match with what you may have available on your TV. You can check what your lineup should be for Cox Tv Connect here:

Chris why we don't have access to Trutv in the Cox Connect app in the Omaha area. any ideas? we have the tv package with it.
we also don't have HGTV or OWN. What do we need to do? we can them on tv they just don't appeat in the cox tv connect app.

I just took a closer look at the channel lineup for your area, something may be amiss here. The analog listing appears to have more channels than the digital listing, which seems backwards. I'll need to research this and get back to you. Thanks for leading me to find this potential discrepancy.

can you also check how or what we need we need to do to get Trutv, OWN, and HGTV added to our tv app? those three are listed, but don't show up in the app in the Omaha area.

Chris I also noticed the analog lineup lists the HD channels. are the supposed to available? also some are listed as analog while Omaha has it on digital what does that mean? would we have access?

Hello Wees,
This is still being worked on, in short I believe you will be able to view the channels we mentioned above that aren't currently showing up in TV Connect for you. I expect we'll see some tweaks to the guide listing on our website sometime in the following week to address what appears to be mismatched channels between the digital and analog listing. I can't say for sure how it will look once correct but I'll update this thread as I learn more.

Chris did you see my question above your answer? what if one area has a channel in analog while we have it on digital? take for example OWN some areas might have it on analog, but Omaha has it on the digital tier what if it's only for the analog cox connect Ipad line up would we not get it, or would we get both the analog and digital lineups since we have digital cable?
