Contour Whole Home Network

Last week my Contour started missing recording assignments which were not being logged as missed program.  I have one Contour and 3 other devices.  Ran the DVR Network Test and received a 10.1.27.2 on the Contour and 10.1.24 on all other devices.  Restarted all devices several times and eventually all reconnected to the whole home DVR network and all was well.  Ran the network test again this morning and again received 10.1.27.2 (missing devices) on the Contour and 10.1.24 (not connected to home DVR net) on all other devices.  Multiple restarts on all devices and issue is unresolved.

Any ideas
