Contour for Andriod phones??

Its been over 6 months in which I was told the Contour App would be available "soon" for the Samsung S4, and now S5 phones.  I have the app on my Galaxy Tab2 and its frustrating as is since you can only watch at home.  Are there truly going to be updates so Customers will be able to utilize this service on other devices and also away from their homes??  Personally this was a huge selling point in our family staying with Cox and am considering it may be time to change...  Hoping someone has TRUE and GOOD news!
