Connectivity Horrible
I experience frequent dropouts. I plug/unplug on a daily basis, and often this may be several times within 90 minutes. I call Cox constantly, and either there's an outage in the area, or I'm given the old plug/unplug advice WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE numerous times before calling.
It's time Cox began offering rebates based on lost internet connectivity. I'm stuck with Cox until my contract is up, and then I am out of here. It's been two+ years of misery. It was MUCH better when I lived in the sticks outside Flagstaff and was with Qwest. Why can't a 'real" city IP retain connectivity?
I can understand if tech fails. It happens. But it's time Cox repaid us for the time we can't connect, instead of charging by the month when we don't receive a full month's worth of service.
