CNF9 Error

Was trying to record a tv show today and It wouldnt allow me to record, so I restarted the box and now it wont fully boot up.

It stuck at "We;re loading the interactive program guide" its been there for a while and on the box it say CNF9. I left it there for 30mins and the box just turns off after. 

Anybody know a solution before i call cox for a replacement box?
