Cloud Drive desktop

My Cloud Drive client for my Windows 10 system has gone south.  It refuses to launch,  complaining about unexpected error or improper installation.  I have re-installed, and prior to that, I hunted down everything that had a DigiData name.  It still doesn't work.  Does anyone know of a hidden file with credentials or something like that?
