Closed Caption problem

Closed Captions have disappeared from USA channel's "Suits".   WGN channel's "Manhattan" never has had them.  Otherwise closed captions work fine.  I sent this question to Cox Cable over a week ago but so far no response.

Anyone have the same problem?  or a solution?
