Clear chart of service tiers, data rate and cap information, and pricing

I know there must be an explicit corporate policy to play hide the ball when it comes to pricing, because everyone does this, but can you please provide a clear chart that has the REGULAR PRICE of each service, the up and down speeds that are guaranteed, and the data caps.  Nothing else.  It would not take up more than half a page.  You can put all the asterisks you want in it, but put all the fine print elsewhere on the page.  I searched the site for 15 minutes and found an unclear chart that compares all the speeds and the PROMOTIONAL pricing, but it just says regular price after one year without saying the price.

You must know that it is literally easier to go to a non-Cox website you find on Google to get accurate up to date pricing information on Cox services.  And I know that if I would go through the motions of upgrading service at some point you have to show me the actual terms.  But do I really have to click checkout and proceed to the payment screen before this happens?

How about an old school 1993 plain text web page with an ascii table.  That would be more informative than all the browser-crashing javascript flash popup survey need help chat page on the rest of the site combined!  And it would come in at like 10Kb max!

But yeah, is this info buried on the website somewhere?  Where?  Funny how I never have this problem on Amazon or Walmart.com or overstock or anywhere but cox, verizon, directv, dish, comcast, etc.  What could they possibly have in common?
