Charged for Service Call with Cox Service Plan

I recently added the Contour service to my home? I was also having problem with the internet connection. I had been told upfront that I would be charged $60 for the Contour installation. On the day of the installation, one technician came and checked and fixed the internet issues which he stated could have been caused by a faulty splinter. He then proceeded to do the Contour installation. I have the Cox Assurance Service Plan on my account that I have paid for every month and never used. I was under the impression that the service call was cover under the Service Plan, but I was charged an additional $60.00 (total of $120.00) for the service call for the internet. I feel that should have been covered by the Cox Assurance Service Plan. I was charged for 2 service calls when only one technician came out only one time.  I am being charge $60 for him to change a splitter when I pay for a service plan. If this isn't covered in the service plan, what is?
