CBS Sports Network not in HD

I pay for the sports package and I have to suffer through watching the CBS Sports Network in Manchester CT on channel 135 which is not in HD. When I want to watch an important event on this channel I embarrassingly need to go over a friends house to watch it in HD on other cable providers.

I noticed other COX feeds from around the country offer this channel in HD.....is there something wrong with the Manchester CT technology that cannot provide their customers with CBSSN in HD?
