Can't watch ESPN2 online on WatchESPN

I can watch the ESPN3 on my computer, because it's free, but I can't watch ESPN2 that requires subscription with an affiliate, like Cox. By the way I can watch the ESPN2 channel on my TV.

I had a chat with a WatchESPN technician that explained that their site authenticates based on my IP address, and although it recognizes the I'm a Cox subscriber (I read in the upper right corner: "powered by cox"), Cox doesn't list my IP address as a valid subscriber. 

When I try to login, I select COx as provider, then click "continue", but nothing happens.

The Watch ESPN technician suggested that I should contact Cox. That's what I'm doing now.
