can't get BTN live on my PC

I can't get to the cox sign in screen to watch BTN live on my computer.

I'm using windows 10 edge & chrome

I select sign in to Cox and I can not get the page to load.

Popups turned off

Cleaned all data cookies etc.

Cleared all saved flash pages

Is there anything else I can try to get to the cox sign in page?
