Cannot access Phone Tools
I have called tech support and they stated they have escalated this to Atlanta but this has not worked for 3 weeks. Current ticket # 2611066. Hoping to see if I can get this resolved. The following is the exact message that I get when I try to access phone tools via the cox.com website.
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties to load your profile. We are aggressively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Your ability to access the Internet and other parts of this site is not affected.

Hello RansZ28,
That ticket has been resolved. Our system is reporting that you are not opted in for phone tools. Please login to our website and check to see if the option is there to opt in. If so, please click on that option and let us know if that resolves the issue for you.

This is still unresolved. There is no option to opt in as I can't access the tools.

@TiffanyR, thank you. I will wait to see if you and the engineers can get this resolved. This is week 5. I did check it this morning and still not resolved.
