CALLER ID

All of a sudden my "TV Caller ID" quit working.  It was fine until 2/8/2014 and all of a sudden it just stopped.  I have disabled and enabled 3 times to no avail.  I don't understand. Does anyone know if there is a max. amount of numbers that are stored, and if so how do I delete them to make more room.
