Bundle is a joke, I feel like the commercial all tied up with wires
I have been with Cox for about 8 years. We moved in October of 2012 and nothing works. I have dad 10 reps (who are subcontracted through Cox) come for the phone alone. It still does not work properly. It goes completely out when it rains. I am old and have a granddaughter 6 months old. My daughter went to the hospital in a taxi while a baby sat. I am also stage 4 metastatic *** cancer. The phone went out and I had no communication to the outside world! I think that I have talked to everyone at Cox, who promised to get things fixed, promising all these credits. One lady told us to pay Feb. bill but to skip March payment and we would still have a credit.Well guess what. We skipped March and be get a bill for $522.52 demanding the money or be cut off.My husband payed $200 and now we get another bill of $448. Where do they get these numbers? It is different every month, so we took it off auto pay. I jumps up every month. We have basic phone and don't call long distance. We have cable but don't rent movies and we have internet sometimes. Do they just make up numbers? After all the techs coming out, we had one last week for the phone that we didn't call. One was to come and change out boxes. He said he didn't have the equipment and had to go to his truck. Then he called up and said he would be back at 3 and I have yet to see them! Sound like Cox is run like our government. Does anyone get help?????
