Blippy random images

My problem with Cox cable is either On Demand doesn't  work when you want to go back and watch shows you have missed. OR,  when you do watch an on demand show, or a show in progress.  You always get these ghost like blip images across your screen all the time that are reminisent of subliminal images that flash across the screen.

  I saw them, my daughter has seen them.  What are they, and why do we see these flash across the screen every day?   This is so very annoying!   I do not watch a lot of t.v., however there are a few shows I enjoy watching.   I cannot stand these blip images that flash across the screen.  I was watching Animal Planet tonight, and these images flashed across the screen during Treehouse Masters and the show Botched.

    As much money as I pay to Cox, this kind of ** should not be taking place.   For cable being at a premium, and as much as I have to pay each month, I must say the quality ot the cable is not great!  Also, a commercial will come on, the commercial gets cut off in the middle, you'll see about 10 seconds of it, and then it will get interrupted by another commercial.   That is annoying too!  

Cox has many many issues that it needs to fix.  Your rates are really high!  People can now watch their shows on online.  For such a monopoly on the Las Vegas valley, the quality stinks.   Does anyone else see these screen image blips?     I am ready to go off the Cox grid.
