BBCA channel 137. Not airing now for at least 3 hours

BBCA channel 137. Not airing now for at least 3 hours. I've reset my DVR/Cable box and  unplugged/plugged all wires 3 times now to no avail.  Is there something wrong and is there an ETA when it will be repaired?
