Automatic Log out too short & unwanted deletion of attachments when forwarding emails
Hi, I use Classic Email and need help with a really annoying problem. When I type a response to an email and it takes no more than about three minute before I find that I have been automatically logged off by Cox. This results in my loosing the outgoing email that I just finished. Sometimes when I take a really long time to prepare an outgoing email I will get a prompt telling me that my message has automatically been saved in the DRAFTS folder. However, when I go to find my unsent outgoing message after I have been automatically logged out I find that the DRAFTS folder is empty! It is so bad that I have gotten into the habit of copying my outgoing email before I select the "send" button so I won't loose it all my message text. Unlike other websites such as Banks or Credit Cards, I don't get any warnings on Cox webmail telling me that I am about to logged out and asking if I wish to remain logged in. This is extremely frustrating and I have complained about it in the past to Cox with no luck. Please tell me what I can do to increase my time for typing email responses and not be automatically logged out without any warning using classic email. Also it sure would be nice to get a prompt telling me I am about to be logged off and asking if I wish to stay logged in.
I have not tried using the "Enhanced" Cox webmail very much because I hate the layout of the whole "Enhanced" Cox webmail page. I only use the "Enhanced" Cox webmail when I want to forward an email that has attachments like pictures in it. I have learned the hard way that Cox Classic webmail automatically deletes all picture attachments from emails I try to forward. I complained to Cox about this as well in the past with no luck. Thank you.
