Aren't all fees suppose to be told to the customer up front?
I was never notified that I would be charged $45 for a technician to come to the house when my internet was down. Now I'm suppose to by 3 installments of $15.
Isn't there a law somewhere that says they have to tell me what they will charge me for assistance?
