Accessing/changing/canceling existing and future recordings on my dvr from app or web

How do I find online or on the Contour app the shows I have previously recorded? Or the schedule of shows I have set to record? Can I make changes or delete any of them? I see how to set a show to record using the Contour app, but I'm interested in viewing the list of shows I already have recorded on my DVR and see the schedule of upcoming recording.
