30 Second Fast Forward Button? - Can't move to TV forum or Delete

Other remotes I've had have a 30-second fast forward button.  I can't figure out how to make this work with Cox.  How do I make this work on my Cox remote with the Cisco box?

Can't delete this and post in the TV forum.  2nd question ... why can't I delete my post?
