13% Price Increase AGAIN THIS YEAR

Come on Cox this is just plain stupid. Yet another 13% price increase for internet for the second time this year with degrading service. Not to mention when tech support is called, your customers know more about what is going on with your network than YOU do which is hilarious.

For instance, I recently argued with tech support for DAYS about constant dropped connections, router errors, etc... My router kept saying it was a T3 issue. You tech support refused to believe it so I gave up and cancelled all service appointments. Well two weeks later guess what? YOUR network engineers called me and admitted it was in fact a T3 issue on THEIR end.

And what do I get in return? A BLOODY 13% PRICE INCREASE!!! SCREW YOU COX!
