Unable to log into app

I have not been able to sign into the Cox app. I receive an error message stating technical difficulties and to try later. Later hasn’t arrived for weeks now.

Hi Tom, are you able to log in to your Cox profile on our website (www.cox.com/.../home.html) Are all mobile devices experiencing issues with signing in to the app? Here's some information regarding the minimum operating system requirements:
