Panoramic WiFi app in continuous loop
I have seen a few other people with this issue with no resolution. We upgraded our plan and had a new router installed today, I was told by the installer the only way to change the network name is through the panoramic WiFi app, however it will not let me login. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times all with the same result. When I click the login link, it takes me to the cox site to put in my credentials which I do. It then kick back to the app sign in screen to start the process all over. This is a continuous loop - has anyone found a solution for this or is there a different way to access my router settings?

Hi eec78,
I am sorry this has been your experience with the App. Are you able to go to Cox.Com and login with no issues? Are you logging in with your Primary User ID or a Secondary? Check out the 2 links below and let us know if that helps.

It might not matter but try signing into Cox before you access the app sign in screen.
